To track your order, visit the Dreamwerks Track Order page and enter your unique Order ID along with your billing email address. This information can be found in the shipping confirmation email sent to you once your order has been processed.

Your Order ID is provided on your original purchase receipt and within the order confirmation email. If you have a Dreamwerks account, you can also view your Order ID and real-time tracking updates directly from your account dashboard.

Standard shipping for most items takes 3-5 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for total delivery. Small packages via UPS or FedEx usually arrive in 3-4 days, while larger freight items (LTL) typically take 7-8 business days.

You can update your shipping address by contacting Dreamwerks customer service before the order is processed (typically within 24 hours). Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

If your product arrives damaged, email support@dreamwerks.com within 2 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damage. For freight items, you must inspect the package before signing the delivery bill and note any visible damage immediately.

Large orders or those containing different product types (like vanities and LED mirrors) may be shipped in separate packages. Check your shipping confirmation email for multiple tracking numbers or contact support to verify if your items were sent separately.

You do not need an account to track your shipment. Simply use the guest tracking tool on the "Track Your Order" page by entering the Order ID from your receipt and the email address used during checkout.

Yes, Dreamwerks offers expedited shipping options at checkout for many products. These services typically reduce delivery time to 1-3 business days after processing, though additional shipping charges will apply.
