Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange a product for another one in a different size or finish. Simply place an order for the item you’d like instead, and we’ll ship it out right away.To return the original item, we will provide a Bill of Lading (BOL) and a return shipping label for you to attach to the box. Our carrier will then coordinate with you to schedule a convenient pickup time.Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method.Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund total.
