The Last Chance sale is a limited-time clearance event offering final markdowns on select Dreamwerks items — typically discontinued lines, overstocks, or showroom models. You’ll see discounts on LED mirrors, vanities, shower doors, tubs, and complete shower kits. These are one-time prices to make room for new collections, so quantities are limited.
It depends. Dreamwerks accepts returns within 30 days for most full-price purchases, but many “Final Sale / Last Chance” items are sold as-is and are non-returnable. If an item is non-returnable we clearly note that on the product page. Regardless, any parts damaged in transit are fully covered — please report damaged or missing parts immediately (see Q4).
Typical shipping windows for clearance items:
- Small items / parcels (LED mirrors, hardware): 2–4 business days via UPS/FedEx.
- Large items / freight (vanities, tubs, shower kits): 7–10 business days via LTL carriers (Estes, Averitt, etc.).
Large shipments often require appointment delivery for residential addresses; you’ll receive tracking and scheduling info once the order ships.
We’re sorry if that happens — your satisfaction is protected. Please:
- Inspect the package at delivery. For visible damage, note it on the driver’s POD before signing (e.g., “box crushed / item damaged”).
- Take clear photos of the damaged box, the product, and any labels.
- Email support@dreamwerks.com within 24 hours with your order number and photos. For concealed damage, report within 24 hours of opening. We’ll arrange replacements or parts and work with the carrier to resolve the claim.
Yes — most Dreamwerks products (including clearance purchases) carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on parts and workmanship. If you bought through a retail partner (Home Depot, Wayfair, etc.), warranty coverage may be handled through that retailer — in all cases, contact support@dreamwerks.com with proof of purchase and we’ll help you quickly.
Measure your finished opening (width, depth, height) and note plumbing/faucet center locations and door swing/clearance. Dreamwerks vanities are available in standard widths (24", 30", 36", 48", 60") — check the product Specifications and Installation tabs for cabinet and countertop dimensions, cutout locations, and rough-in requirements. If you’re unsure, send photos and measurements to support@dreamwerks.com and we’ll confirm fit.
Unless the listing explicitly states otherwise, Last Chance items are brand new and in original packaging. We only mark products as open-box or final-as-is when that is the case — that detail appears on the product page.
Most Dreamwerks clearance vanities are sold as complete sets (cabinet + engineered marble or ceramic top + integrated undermount sink). Faucet and mirror bundles vary by SKU — check the “Included Components” section on the product page to confirm exactly what’s included with that specific clearance item.
