Order
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with a estimated delivery date. We ship in 3 to 5 business days via UPS (for smaller items) or Estes (for larger items). We ship on business days Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided to you in your confirmation e-mails as well as a tracking number to your order.
We only ship to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. protectorates. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
If you need to cancel an order, call our Customer Support Team at 1-630-350-0101 or 1-888-266-79-76, as soon as possible. Or just send a message to out Live Chat on our website. You may cancel a standard order up to the time it ships. Our return policy takes effect once the order has shipped or gone into production. If for some reason you need missing part we are more than happy to help you with that issue.
Although creating an account provides faster checkout, current order status, order history, and much more, an account is not required to place an order. Customers who do not have an account may place a guest order. If you would like to create an account, visit our create an account page or fill in the account information on the guest checkout page when placing an order.

In the rare event we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible by calling 1-630-350-0101. We will ship you the correct item and pick up the incorrectly shipped item
