General Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be in its original, undamaged condition.
- All original packaging and accessories should be intact.
Please note that the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods leave our facility. If a return is initiated after 30 days from the delivery date, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the above criteria. Once approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the product is damaged or the return is initiated beyond the 30-day window, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
Order Cancellations
Should you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped or while in transit, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. These costs will be deducted from your total refund.
Purchases from Partner Retailers
For items purchased through our partners—such as Menards, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon, or eBay—you are entitled to a one-year Manufacturer's Warranty. To process warranty claims:
- Provide proof of purchase, including details like date and time of purchase, item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, total amount paid, payment method, and seller’s information.
- Submit any relevant images and a detailed description of the issue.
Please note, that after one year, the warranty coverage expires.
Parts Orders
For any additional parts required for your products, you can purchase them directly from us. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for part orders, as the charges primarily cover shipping and handling costs.
