Return policy

Thank you for shopping at Dreamwerks!

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the buyer once the goods leave the seller's location. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs if the return is open and made after 30 days from the delivery date. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount of the purchase.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return past 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund. After that, we will follow up with the Return details as stated above.

If the customer requests a cancellation while the product is in transit or after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.


For purchases made from our other partners - Menards, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon or Ebay - you are eligible for 1 full year Manufacturer's Warranty. 
After that time, you are no longer covered by the Warranty.
Before checking for your inquiries, we would require from you the receipt of purchase and details regarding the issue and images.

It can be a receipt of purchase or any proof of payment and completion of a transaction. It typically includes details such as:

  • Date and time of purchase
  • Description of items bought
  • Quantity and unit price of each item
  • Total amount paid
  • Payment method (cash, credit card, etc.)
  • Seller’s information (name, address, and contact details)
