Shipping

Shipping Timeframes:

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after
purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation with an estimated delivery date once your order is placed.

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays).

Carriers We Use:
  • Small packages ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx with delivery in 3–4 business days.
  • Larger freight items are shipped LTL via Common Carrier (semi-truck or van). Delivery usually takes 7–8 business days (including 1 day for
    processing).

Replacement parts ship via USPS or UPS Ground and arrive in approximately 3–4 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your Dreamwerks account dashboard.

What to do upon delivery of your product?

Before signing for your delivery:
  • Inspect the package carefully for any visible damage.
  • Do not sign the Delivery Bill unless you’re confident the item arrived in good condition.
  • If you see damage, note it on the Delivery Bill and contact us immediately at support@dreamwerks.com.

After delivery:
  • Open and inspect all items within 24 hours for hidden damage or missing parts.
  • Claims filed after 24 hours may not be accepted.

To report an issue, email support@dreamwerks.com and include:

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue
If reported within the 24-hour window, Dreamwerks will cover and replace the affected item(s) promptly.
