If you’re interested in a product that is not currently listed on our website, or if an item you want is out of stock, please contact one of our knowledgeable sales representatives at 630-350-0101. We will gladly set a restock reminder and notify you as soon as the product becomes available. Our team can also assist you with placing a special order for items not currently showcased online.
We also accept special requests and inquiries for replacement parts. If you need to purchase a replacement part, simply provide us with your name, delivery address, and a brief description of the replacement part you need. We will prepare and send you a personal invoice, and once the transaction is successfully completed, we will ship your replacement part the next day.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible at support@dreamwerks.com. To quickly assist you, please include photos of the item you received, along with your name and purchase order number. Once verified, we will promptly ship the correct item and arrange a pickup for the incorrect product.

We currently ship only within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam at this time.
