General Returns
If you’d like to return a product, you may do so within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns are typically arranged from the original delivery address. If the product has been moved to a different location, please provide the updated address so we can coordinate the pickup accordingly.
We will schedule a convenient pickup date with one of our trusted LTL or Ground shipping carriers. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, in accordance with our return policy. The estimated return shipping cost will be shared with you for approval before we proceed with the return of the product.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
Please note: Once an order leaves our facility, the risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
